For foreign clients we have special services which include meeting at the airport, accommodation or recommendation of hotels, transportation to the places of interest, legal advice, property management and a broker with an interpreter if needed, to explain to you everything that may interest you about the property you are wondering whether to buy. It will be our pleasure to show you the sights of the capital and the country; to introduce you to the local traditions; recommend you the best restaurants and places for entertainment and rest. The “Special Client” service is a reflection of our attitude towards our clients. It is a unique service by which all our clients receive a gift at each deal.

When a real estate property deal is realized, each client receives the following:

How to receive the gifts?

• All clients of Mirela will receive their gifts after accomplishing their estate deals.
• The gifts will be chosen by the clients through a lottery, organized at the signing of the transaction and will be officially handed in the day of the notary deed signing, personally by the department manager.
• The stubs for all presents are included in the lottery until  the stipulated monthly quantities run low.
• The brand and type of the present will be written in the Order Agreement.
